of <h1>SEBI Extends Regularization Period Under 2004 Interest Liability Scheme to November 30, 2004; Terms Unchanged.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has extended the regularization period under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Interest Liability Regularisation) Scheme, 2004, until November 30, 2004. This extension is issued under the powers conferred by the relevant sections of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992. All other terms and conditions of the scheme remain unchanged. This notification is documented under reference number S.O. No.1273(E) and was issued on November 16, 2004, by the Chairman of SEBI.
