of <h1>India Rescinds 2013 Antidumping Duty Notification via 11/2019-Customs; Actions Already Taken Remain Valid.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 11/2019-Customs (ADD) on February 12, 2019, to rescind Notification No. 11/2013-Customs (ADD) dated May 16, 2013. This action is taken under the authority of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules concerning antidumping duties. The rescission applies except for actions already taken under the previous notification.
