Initially specified for the assessment year 1997-98, the project has been extended for another year, 1998-99, following recommendations by the National Committee. The estimated cost of the project is fifteen lakh rupees. This extension is due to the project's anticipated continuation beyond the initial timeframe and its proper execution as assessed by the committee.
