Initially recognized in 1994, this project was approved for three years starting from the 1995-96 assessment year. Due to its likely extension and proper execution, the National Committee recommended its continuation. Consequently, the government has extended the project's eligibility for another three years, starting from the 1998-99 assessment year, with an estimated cost of 81.5 lakh rupees.
