<h1>SEBI Amends Capital Issue Regulations: New Investor Allocation Criteria for Large Offers in Schedule XI Updated.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) issued the Sixth Amendment to the Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. Effective from its publication date, the amendment applies to issuers filing offer documents after commencement. It modifies the allocation criteria in Schedule XI, Part A, Paragraph 10, Clause (b), Sub-clause (iii) of the 2009 regulations. For allocations above Rs. 250 crore, a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 15 investors is permitted for up to Rs. 250 crore, with an additional 10 investors for every additional Rs. 250 crore, ensuring a minimum allotment of Rs. 5 crore per investor.
