....quirements) Regulations, 2009, namely:- 1. These regulations may be called the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Sixth Amendment) Regulations, 2015. 2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 3. They shall be applicable to issuers filing offer documents with the Registrar of Companies on or after the date of commencement of these regulations. 4. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, in Schedule XI, in Part A, in para (10), in clause (b), sub-clause (iii), shall be substituted with the following, namely:- "(iii) in case of allocation above ₹ 250 crore; a minimum of 5 such investors and a maximum....
