of <h1>Central Government Rescinds Anti-Dumping Duty on Sodium Cyanide Under Section 9A(2) of Customs Tariff Act, 1975.</h1> Notification No. 84/2000-Customs, dated June 6, 2000, issued by the Central Government, rescinds the previous Notification No. 134/99-Customs dated December 27, 1999. This action, under the authority of section 9A(2) of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and related rules, withdraws the provisional anti-dumping duty on sodium cyanide. The rescission applies to all actions following the notification, except for those already completed or omitted before this change.
