of <h1>India Rescinds 2013 Anti-Dumping Duty Notification Under Customs Tariff Act, 1975, Sections 9A(1) and 9A(5.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 45/2018-Customs (ADD) on September 13, 2018, to rescind Notification No. 3/2013-Customs (ADD) dated March 26, 2013. This action is taken under the authority of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, specifically sections 9A(1) and 9A(5), along with relevant rules from the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995. The rescission does not affect actions completed or omitted before this notification.
