This notification amends a previous notification (No. 11/2017-Customs) by appointing a new Common Adjudicating Authority for customs matters. Specifically, it replaces the designation for serial number 3 in the notification table, substituting 'Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs (Export), Inland Container Depot-Tughlakabad, New Delhi' as the new authority.
