of <h1>India Extends Deadline for FORM GST ITC-01 Submission Under CGST Rules 2017 for Certain Taxpayers by 30 Days.</h1> The notification issued by the Government of India extends the deadline for specified taxpayers to submit the declaration in FORM GST ITC-01 under the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Rules, 2017. This extension applies to registered persons who filed an application in FORM GST-CMP-04 between March 2, 2018, and March 31, 2018. The new deadline is extended by thirty days from the publication date of this notification in the Official Gazette.
