of <h1>Government Rescinds 1999 Customs Notification Under Section 9A of Customs Tariff Act, 1975; Anti-dumping Duties Affected</h1> The Central Government has rescinded Notification No. 125/99-customs dated November 15, 1999, through Notification No. 65/2000 Customs, effective May 15, 2000. This action is taken under the authority of sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, in conjunction with rule 13 of the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995, which pertain to the identification, assessment, and collection of anti-dumping duties on imported articles. This decision was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II Section 3, Subsection (I).
