of <h1>Delhi Appoints Officers for GST and VAT Duties Under 2017 and 2004 Acts to Assist State Tax Commissioner.</h1> The Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has appointed officers to fulfill statutory duties under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004. This appointment is effective from the officers' assumption of charge and is intended to assist the Commissioner of State Tax and Value Added Tax in administering these Acts. The notification specifies the designation of the appointed officer under each Act. The order is issued by the Deputy Secretary of Finance.
