<h1>Central Government Expands Pune SEZ by 0.92 Hectares for IT Sector, Total Area Now 4.95 Hectares.</h1> The Central Government has expanded the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Kharadi Village, Taluka-Haveli, District Pune, Maharashtra, by adding 0.92 hectares, bringing the total area to 4.95 hectares. This expansion is part of a sector-specific SEZ for Information Technology and IT-enabled services, developed by KRC Infrastructure & Projects Pvt. Ltd and Gera Developments Pvt. Ltd. The initial area of 4.03 hectares was notified in June 2017, and the recent addition was approved by the government in March 2017.
