This extension applies to individuals providing online information and database access or retrieval services from outside India to non-taxable online recipients. The new deadline for submission is set for December 15, 2017. This decision is made under the authority of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, superseding a previous notification from October 2017.
