Rescission of anti-dumping notification: prior exemption withdrawn under statutory customs tariff powers by central government This notification rescinds Notification No. 116/99-Customs dated 14th October, 1999, exercised by the Central Government under the powers of sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, read with Rule 13 of the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995, thereby formally withdrawing the earlier published notification.
