of <h1>Himachal Pradesh extends GSTR-6 filing deadline for July 2017 to December 31 under GST Act, section 39(6).</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh, through its Excise and Taxation Department, has issued Notification No. 62/2017-State Tax, extending the deadline for Input Service Distributors to file their returns in FORM GSTR-6 for July 2017. The new deadline is set for December 31, 2017. This extension is made under the authority of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, specifically under sub-section (6) of section 39 and section 168. Future extensions for the months of August, September, and October 2017 will be announced in the Official Gazette.
