of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Extends GSTR-6 Filing Deadline for July-Sept 2017 to Nov 15 Under GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh, through its Excise and Taxation Department, has issued Notification No. 43/2017-State Tax, extending the deadline for Input Service Distributors to file their returns in FORM GSTR-6. This extension applies to the returns for the months of July, August, and September 2017, with the new deadline set for November 15, 2017. This action is taken under the authority of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and supersedes the previous notification No. 26/2017-Central Tax dated August 28, 2017.
