of <h1>Amendment to Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Deposit Scheme: Multiple Deposits Allowed Before Declaration Filing.</h1> The Central Government has amended the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Deposit Scheme as per Notification No. S.O. 365(E), dated February 7, 2017, under the authority of the Finance Act, 2016. The amendment modifies paragraph 4(4) of the scheme, allowing deposits under sub-section (1) of section 199F to be made on one or more occasions. These deposits must be completed before filing the declaration under sub-section (1) of section 199C. This change updates the conditions initially set in notifications dated December 16, 2016, and January 19, 2017.
