The duties, effective from November 9, 1999, vary by country and exporter. For South Korea, duties range from Rs. 4.30 to Rs. 25.02 per kg; for Indonesia, Rs. 1.77 to Rs. 9.47 per kg; for Thailand, Rs. 4.22 to Rs. 28.91 per kg; and for Taiwan, Rs. 2.39 to Rs. 20.57 per kg.
