The amendment involves a name change from 'M/s. Kakinada SEZ Private Limited' to 'M/s. Kakinada SEZ Limited.' This change is made under the authority of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005, and Rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006.
