<h1>Government Reduces SEZ Area by 121.43 Hectares in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh; Approvals Secured from State and Officials.</h1> The Central Government has de-notified an area of 121.43 hectares within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Ponnada, Mulapeta, and Ramanakkapeta Villages in Kakinada, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. Initially proposed by a company under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, the SEZ had been notified over 1013.64 hectares. The de-notification reduces the SEZ area to 1927.8788 hectares. The proposal received approvals from the State Government and the Development Commissioner of the Visakhapatnam SEZ, fulfilling all legal requirements. The de-notified areas are detailed in a table with specific survey numbers and village names.
