of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Grinding Media Balls from China and Thailand Until July 2018 Under Customs Tariff Act.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has decided to extend the imposition of anti-dumping duty on imports of Grinding Media Balls (excluding Forged Grinding Media Balls) originating from Thailand and the People's Republic of China. This extension follows a review initiated under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and will continue the duty initially imposed by Notification No. 36/2012-Customs (ADD) dated 16th July 2012. The anti-dumping duty is now extended for one year, up to and inclusive of 15th July 2018, as per Notification No. 34/2017-Customs (ADD) dated 13th July 2017.
