of <h1>Amendment to Notification 6/2017-Central Tax: Electronic Verification Code Now Valid for Net Banking and Portal Login.</h1> Notification No. 11/2017-Central Tax amends Notification No. 6/2017-Central Tax dated 19th June 2017, issued by the Central Board of Excise and Customs under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. The amendment revises clause (ii) to include the use of an electronic verification code generated through net banking login on the common portal and an electronic verification code generated on the common portal. This amendment is effective retrospectively from 22nd June 2017.
