L & T Construction Equipment Ltd (Reality Division) SEZ II, specifying survey/hissa numbers and recording fulfillment of statutory approval requirements. The Government constitutes an Approval Committee composed of specified ex officio members and a developer representative, and declares the zone to be deemed an Inland Container Depot under the Customs Act. The notification was subsequently rescinded by a later notification.
