of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese Viscose Filament Yarn Until May 3, 2018, Under Notification 14/2017-Customs (ADD).</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 14/2017-Customs (ADD) to extend the anti-dumping duty on Viscose Filament Yarn imported from China. Initially imposed under Notification No. 23/2012-Customs (ADD) on May 4, 2012, this duty is extended for an additional year, until May 3, 2018. This decision follows a review by the designated authority, as per the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and related rules, to continue protecting domestic industries from dumping practices.
