The Central Government de-notifies 257.05 hectares from a Multi Product Special Economic Zone in Pune, Maharashtra, acting on a proposal by the private developer and with State Government approval and Development Commissioner recommendation. The amendment is made under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, after satisfaction of the conditions in sub-section (8) of section 3 and other related statutory requirements, and specifies the denotified Gat numbers and villages and the resultant notified area.
