GAR Corporation Private Limited, the Central Government having granted approval and exercising powers under the Special Economic Zones Act and rules to notify the area for development, operation and maintenance. The notification constitutes an Approval Committee with specified ex officio members and a developer representative, and appoints 27 March 2017 as the date from which the SEZ shall be deemed an Inland Container Depot under the Customs Act.
