Common Adjudicating Authority appointed to adjudicate show-cause notices for specified entities under Customs Act authority. Officers appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority are authorized to exercise powers and discharge duties in place of specified proper officers for adjudication of the identified show cause notices against the named noticees, pursuant to earlier Customs notifications and departmental delegation of adjudicatory responsibility.
