of <h1>India Amends Anti-Dumping Duty: Notification No. 4/2016-Customs Lowers Rate from 10.35 to 5.90 Effective Until 2011.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 4/2016-Customs (ADD) to amend Notification No. 133/2008-Customs dated December 12, 2008. This amendment changes the entry in the Table against serial number 4, in column (9), from 10.35 to 5.90. The anti-dumping duty specified in this notification is effective from May 5, 2008, and remains applicable until September 19, 2011. This action is taken under the powers conferred by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules concerning anti-dumping duties.
