of <h1>Air India SATS Appointed Custodian of Bangalore Air Cargo Complex Under Customs Act Until March 31, 2016</h1> Air India SATS Airport Services Pvt. Ltd. is appointed as the Custodian for the Air Cargo Complex in Bangalore under the Customs Act, 1962, effective until March 31, 2016, or until further notice. The Custodian is responsible for handling the unloading and loading of cargo until it is cleared, exported, warehoused, or transshipped. They must execute or renew a bond and provide a bank guarantee at 10% of the bond value. Additional bonds and guarantees are required for export goods, and the Custodian is liable for duties and penalties on lost goods during transshipment. Conditions from a previous notification apply.
