The project, which involves the expansion and maintenance of vocational courses and a girls' hostel, was initially approved for three years ending in the financial year 2013-14 with an estimated cost of 14.72 crore. The extension is for an additional three years covering the financial years 2014-15, 2015-16, and 2016-17, without altering the approved cost. However, no tax certificate will be issued for the lapsed financial year 2014-15.
