of <h1>Andhra Pradesh and DRI get deadline extension to April 30, 2016, for Red Sanders export under Foreign Trade Act.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh and the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) have been granted an extension until April 30, 2016, to finalize the modalities and complete the export of allocated quantities of Red Sanders wood. This amendment revises the earlier deadline set by Notification No. 47 (RE-2013)/2009-2014 and is subject to any orders by the High Court of Madras or other relevant courts. The extension is issued under the authority of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020.
