of <h1>Central Govt Extends Animal Hospital Project in New Delhi u/s 35AC, 3-Year Extension Approved at Rs. 14.90 Crore.</h1> The Central Government has extended the eligibility of the project 'Maintenance of Animal hospital/shelters, purchase of medicine, feed, ambulances and running of animal awareness programmes' by an organization in New Delhi under section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Initially notified in 2003 with an estimated cost of Rs. 4.90 crore, the project cost was later increased to Rs. 14.90 crore. The project has been extended multiple times and is now approved for an additional three years from the financial year 2014-15 to 2016-17, maintaining the approved cost of Rs. 14.90 crore.
