of <h1>Government Extends One Teacher Schools Project; Revised Budget Set at Rs. 3024 Lakh u/s 35AC.</h1> The Central Government has extended the eligibility of the 'Running of 3150 One Teacher Schools' project by Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad, Delhi, under Section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Initially approved for three years ending in the financial year 2013-14 with an estimated cost of Rs. 1554.88 lakh, the project will continue for another three years starting from 2014-15. The project cost has been revised to Rs. 3024 lakh. This decision follows a recommendation from the National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare, which confirmed the project's proper execution.
