<h1>Indian Finance Ministry Sets New Currency Exchange Rates for Imports/Exports, Effective February 20, 2015, via Notification No. 25/2015-Customs</h1> The Indian Ministry of Finance, through the Central Board of Excise and Customs, issued Notification No. 25/2015-Customs (N.T.) on February 19, 2015. This notification establishes the exchange rates for converting specified foreign currencies into Indian rupees for the purposes of imported and exported goods, effective from February 20, 2015. The rates are detailed in two schedules: Schedule I lists exchange rates for individual units of foreign currencies, while Schedule II provides rates for 100 units of certain currencies. This notification supersedes the previous notification No. 18/2015-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated February 5, 2015.
