Central Excise amendment omits the third proviso in the opening paragraph of the exemption notification. The Central Government, under sub section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 and in public interest, amends notification No. 12/2012 Central Excise by omitting the third proviso in the opening paragraph of that principal exemption notification as published in the Gazette.
