Anti-dumping duty extension on carbon black used in rubber applications continues, levy sustained and payable in Indian currency. The Central Government, under sub-sections (1) and (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act and rule 23 of the said rules, has amended the principal notification to insert a provision continuing the anti-dumping duties specified in the TABLE against certain serial numbers for a further one-year period and providing that those duties shall be levied until the extended expiry and paid in Indian currency.
