of <h1>India Adds Hindon, Ghaziabad to Authorized Defence Import-Export Locations Under Customs Act 1962</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 54/2014-Customs (N.T.) to amend Notification No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.) dated 21st November 1994. This amendment, effective from 31st July 2014 to 30th May 2015, adds Hindon, Ghaziabad, to the list of locations in Uttar Pradesh authorized for unloading imported goods and loading export goods related to the Ministry of Defence. This change is made under the powers conferred by the Customs Act, 1962, and is published in the Gazette of India.
