of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese Plastic Moulding Machines Until May 2015 Pending Review</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 28/2014-Customs (ADD) to extend the validity of Notification No. 39/2010-Customs, dated March 23, 2010. This extension pertains to the anti-dumping duty on plastic processing or injection moulding machines, with clamping forces between 40 and 1000 tonnes, originating from or exported by China. The extension is for one year, up to May 11, 2015, pending the completion of a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and related rules.
