of <h1>Government Approves IT Special Economic Zone in Jaipur by Mahindra World City, Spanning 56.9130 Hectares Under SEZ Act 2005</h1> The Central Government has approved the establishment of a sector-specific Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for information technology and related services at Village Kalwara, Tehsil Sanganer, District Jaipur, Rajasthan. The SEZ is proposed by a private organization, M/s Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Limited, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The notification includes a detailed list of survey numbers and areas designated for the SEZ, totaling 56.9130 hectares. An Approval Committee has been constituted to oversee the SEZ, comprising various government officials and representatives. The SEZ is also designated as an inland Container Depot effective March 27, 2012.
