of <h1>Kutch Vikas Trust's Satellite Eye Care Project in Gujarat Extended u/s 35AC for 2012-14, No Cost Change.</h1> The Central Government has extended the eligibility of the 'Setting up of satellite eye care centres' project by Kutch Vikas Trust, Raidhanpar, Gujarat, under section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Initially notified for three years starting in 2005-06 and extended in 2008, the project is now further extended for three more years, covering 2012-13 and 2013-14, with no change in the approved cost of Rs. 1.99 crore. However, no certificates will be issued for the financial year 2011-12 as it has already lapsed.
