<h1>Central Government Extends Rural Outreach Program by Ishwar Charitable Trust for Three Years Without Cost Increase</h1> The Central Government has notified the continuation of the project 'Expansion of outreach programmes for rural areas in neighbouring villages of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan,' managed by Ishwar Charitable Trust (Ishwar Eye Institute). Initially approved in 1995 with a cost of Rs. 208.97 lakh, the project cost was increased to Rs. 729.55 lakh in 2010. The project, deemed effective by the National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare, is now extended for three additional years, covering the financial years 2013-14, 2014-15, and 2015-16, without any change in the approved cost.
