Project eligibility under Section 35AC extended for Jeevanjyoti project without change in approved cost for a further three-year period. The Central Government, under the powers conferred by sub section (1) read with clause (b) of the Explanation to section 35AC, hereby notifies the 'Jeevanjyoti-The Healing Touch Expansion project' carried out by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Vaidyakiya Pratisthan as an eligible project or scheme for a further period of three years commencing with the financial year 2013 14, without any change in the approved project cost.
