of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber from Korea RP Until January 2015</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 06/2014-Customs (ADD) to amend the previous Notification No. 01/2009-Customs dated January 2, 2009. This amendment extends the imposition of anti-dumping duty on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber originating from or exported by Korea RP. The duty will remain effective until January 1, 2015, unless revoked earlier. This action follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, to assess the continuation of such duties to prevent injury from dumped imports.
