of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Caustic Soda from Korea RP Until December 2014 per Customs Notification No. 95/2011</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has extended the anti-dumping duty on Caustic Soda originating from or exported from Korea RP. This extension is in accordance with notification No. 95/2011-Customs, originally dated 3rd October 2011. The validity of this notification is extended for one year, now expiring on 25th December 2014. This decision follows a review initiated by the designated authority and is enacted under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and the associated rules for identifying, assessing, and collecting anti-dumping duties.
