of <h1>Customs Notification Amended: 'JSC Grodno Azot' Replaces Existing Name for Anti-Dumping Duties, Effective January 3, 2014.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 121/2009-Customs dated October 30, 2009, by changing the name of a producer/exporter in the table of the original notification. Specifically, the name 'JSC Grodno Azot' is substituted for the existing entries in columns (7) and (8) against serial numbers 1 and 2. This amendment is issued under the authority of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and the relevant rules for anti-dumping duty assessment and collection. The notification is published by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Government of India, and is effective from January 3, 2014.
