of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Diclofenac Sodium from China Until April 2014 per Notification No. 31/2013-Customs</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has extended the validity of notification No. 91/2008-Customs, which imposes anti-dumping duty on Diclofenac Sodium originating from China. Initially set to expire, the notification has been extended for one year, until April 9, 2014. This extension follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and is in accordance with the rules governing the assessment and collection of anti-dumping duties. The amendment is officially documented in notification No. 31/2013-Customs (ADD) dated November 13, 2013.
