Anti-dumping duty extension on Phenol under section 9A: government amends notification to extend duty for one year. Extension of anti-dumping duty on Phenol originating in or exported from South Africa is effected by amendment to Notification No. 10/2013-Customs (ADD) dated 3rd May, 2013. The designated authority conducted a continuation review under sub-section (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act and rule 23, requested a one-year extension, and the Central Government, exercising powers under sub-sections (1) and (5) of section 9A and rule 23, substituted the original expiry date in paragraph 2 with a new date one year later.
