of <h1>India Updates Customs Notification: 'Nepalgunj Road' Added to Approved Locations in Section 76(2) Amendment.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 101/2013-Customs (N.T.) dated 27th September 2013. This notification amends the previous Notification No. 208/77-Customs from 1st October 1977. The amendment involves a change in paragraph 2, clause (c), item (ii) of the original notification, where the locations 'Jaigaon or Moreh' are now updated to include 'Jaigaon, Moreh or Nepalgunj Road.' This amendment is made under the authority of section 76(2) of the Customs Act, 1962.
