Despite existing duties, the domestic industry's situation has worsened, necessitating an extension and modification of the duty. The duty is set at USD 265.19 per metric ton and applies to imports from the European Union, effective until June 24, 2015. This measure aims to protect the domestic industry from further injury due to dumped imports.
